Villa Zatarra

From the moment you arrive at Villa Zatarra you are greeted through large wooden gates carved with the emblem of the artist owner. A short gravel driveway surrounded by lush landscaping leads to a rustic hideaway villa filled with calming Indonesian accents, warm earth tones, stone walls and floors, and not forgetting that cool Atlantic breeze...

Villa Zatarra is well located to take advantage of all the beautiful attractions the North of the island has to offer. A relaxing 10-minute walk will bring you to an east coast beach, Cas en Bas. A vast stretch of beach is great for collecting driftwood and watching the kite surfers or just having a late afternoon dip.

If golf is your hobby, then the Cap Estate Golf and Country Club is just minutes from the villa. All the best restaurants, bars and nightlife in Rodney Bay are between 5-10 minutes driving and other great beaches from Le Sport to Pigeon Point are all a nice 15-minute stroll away.

Housekeeping is provided Monday to Friday and laundry service is available on request.

The owners live just a stone throw away and are always on hand to assist with anything required or just chat about how good island life is as they take care of the property themselves.

The property is completely fenced and gated and an alarm system is installed creating privacy and security to be comfortable with. A list of food items/groceries can be purchased and stocked in villa upon arrival of the guests. Car hire can be provided and delivered directly to the property. Baby sitting service is available.

Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): The second bedroom/bathroom is downstairs and has 2 small steps to climb.

It is friendly to kids and smoking is allowed with the exception in the bedrooms.

Cancellation Policy:

In order for us to secure your dates you would need to send a non-refundable deposit of 25% within 7 days of booking. The balance is to be paid 45 days before arrival.

75% is refundable if cancellation occurs anytime up to 45 days before commencement of the rental. After that, no refunds will be made unless a replacement booking is secured for that same time period.

Payments can be made as a direct bank transfer (bank details shown above), Visa, MasterCard, Discover card or American Express.

A 3.5% service charge on credit card payments will be applicable.

Other disclosures:
In addition to the rental charge, a security deposit of USD$500.00 will be held on your credit card account upon checking in and refunded within 7 days after the villa has been vacated and provided. However, extensive cleaning costs/damages/missing items have been deducted, as applicable, all sets of keys & local cell phone have been returned and the premises are left in the same condition as received. Normal wear is accepted. It is vital that clients DO NOT take keys away at the end of their stay or lose them during their stay. If this happens, then the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the client's credit card.

Any minor breakages/damages/missing items up to and not exceeding USD$150.00 will be covered by rental monies paid. The damage deposit will cover anything above $150.00. Itemized details will be available upon request if any deductions are made. Villa Zatarra, (trading as "Dotz Inc"), reserves the right to charge the card for further sums should serious loss or damage occur.
