You drive to the quaint fishing village of Anse-la-Raye; your stop is to visit a traditional, mud-oven and sample the freshly baked delicious bread (if available) and watch the fishermen weave their fishing nets in preparation for the next "catch of the day".

The tour continues onwards through the sleepy village of Canaries and on to the famous town of Soufriere. Your tour continues to the Botanical Gardens and Mineral Baths. After a leisure walk through the gardens you are taken to the Still Plantation Restaurant for lunch.

The village of Choiseul is next stop, where shopping at the local craft can be purchased. Laborie, the next fishing village is only a drive through before we get to Vieux Fort, our second town.

While in Vieux Fort, we visit the world renowned Barons Foods Factory, where you settle down for "finger foods" and refreshments and a tour of factory and the production line of fine jams, sauces, hot sauce, confitieur and several types of condiments.

The Baron's line has gained worldwide awards and accolades among the finest in the world. Produce will be on sale. Your drive continues through the fishing villages of Micoud and Dennery and on to your hotel.
