Ladera Resort

Taking full advantage of its spectacular natural surroundings, Ladera offers a unique design in guest accommodations. Each of our 6 villa suites and 21 suites has an 'open wall' inviting one of the world's most breathtaking views into your suite yet each suite offers complete privacy and safety. Every accommodation features its own private plunge pool or villa swimming pool.

Minimum Stay. all categories 7 nights, Christmas- New Year (December 21 - January 02.
A 3 nights minimum stay for all categories for winter season, except Hilltop Dream Suite, 6 nights Winter Season January 3- April.

Transfers: Airport transfers are arranged by Ladera at the following rates: GFL Charles Airport (SLU) to or from USD 85 couple one way/ Hewanorra Airport (UVF) to or from USD 70 per couple, one way. Special arrangements can be made in advance for a Daylight Water Taxi transfer from GFL airport to or from, USD 180 per couple one way. These prices are subject to change without notice.

Rates are based on single/ double occupancy and are subjected to 10% service charge and 8% government tax. Rates include breakfast,afternoon tea, full use of the resort facilities, complimentary beach shuttle and use of snorkelling equipment.

Spacious, open-air bedroom complete with a four-poster queen bed, en suite bath, a comfortable seating area with Piton and Caribbean Sea views, private plunge-pool and waterfall, and a mini-bar with coffee & tea facilities.

The room accommodates two people and all guest suites are supplied with robes, Iron/board, hair dryer and a ‘Ladera Necessaire' which includes binoculars, eye masks, slippers and a star chart. The room also features a two way radio that connects you to reception and room service.
