In 1995, the building was converted and refurbished into a 6-room guesthouse. The self-contained cottage is a refurbished copra house where coconuts were processed. Although the rich aroma of cocoa beans no longer wafts through the air, one can enjoy the perfume-scented, tropical fauna or the warm salty breeze that blows off the Caribbean Sea. There are fifteen (15) guest rooms at La Haut with a modern-urban theme to them, ranging from linens in an earth-tone colour to mahogany furniture, to compliment the pleasant surroundings and views. For the groups of four or more people, choose from either the three (3) bedroom villa, which is 200 yards up the hill from the main plantation that can host six (6) people; or the family unit that is 150 yards down the hill that can host four (4) people; or the Fond Canne unit located 200 yards down the hill that can host four (4) to six (6) people.
Despite it's priceless setting, La Haut offers an affordable way to experience St Lucia!
One can only fully experience Creole cuisine, coupled with friendly, plantation hospitality at La Haut Restaurant. The open air restaurant overlooks a breathtaking vista - the pitons, described by locals and visitors alike as "perfect".
La Haut Resort also offers beautiful locations for hosting a wedding, described as “magical”, with the perfect backdrop for that very special occasion. Packages are tailored to meet all your special needs, and all arrangements are taken care of by our in house wedding specialist while your clients sit back and enjoy their holiday.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW:
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date is subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations over 30 days are subject to a 5% penalty fee.
- No shows are subject to 50% of the accommodation total.
- Shortened stays 30 days or less prior to arrival date is subject to a 25% shortened stay fee based on the period cancelled.
