La Pomme Canelle
La Pomme Cannelle Restaurant offers Creole and International Cuisine with European flavourings, deliciously prepared by our Caribbean chef and his well trained team. Small, romantic and intimate, it seats 60 persons.
Saturday night Barbecue
Every Saturday they host a barbecue for their guests on the outside patio of our restaurant where you can enjoy some music and the company of other guests. They serve an unbelievable array of choices in local cuisine including barbecued sea food.
Calabash Bar
Relax at our bar for pre- or post- drinks or just to unwind at the end of a long day.
They are open from 8:00 a.m to midnight from Monday to Friday, and 8:00 a.m to 2:00 a.m on weekends.
The Glencastle Resort hotel is nestled in the hillside of Gros Islet overlooking the scenic Rodney Bay marina. The hotel has two swimming pools for easy accessibilty by our guests. The main pool, is conveniently located near the bar and restaurant; ideal for a refreshing dip or a poolside drink.
The rooftop pool has a uniform 4ft depth, ideal for children, a game of volleyball or doing laps. The shady roof-top gazebo bar serves tropical drinks and snacks from 7.00 a.m to 10.00 p.m and is a wonderful spot to watch the dramatic sunsets for which the Caribbean is famous. Need to have a conference? Our facility has two conference rooms to suit your needs.
